Cindy is currently the president and principal owner of UNDC, a telecommunications engineering and support services company. Her primary responsibilities include oversight and control over operations, accounting, marketing, contract administration, human resources, benefits, and accounting and finance.
She has owned and operated the business since 1988. She is a current board member and the acting treasurer of the Sacramento Mandarins. Other non-profit board experience includes the incorporation and advising of Kennedy Robotics in support of the FIRST robotics team at John F. Kennedy High School as well as a past board member of its marching band in Sacramento, California. She is the past commodore of River View Yacht Club.
Cindy earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Communications from Albion College, Albion Michigan and has completed two executive education programs from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
