Saori is an executive coach at GEICO where she partners with senior level leaders in their continuous journey of developing their leadership effectiveness, especially through organizational transformations. In addition to coaching, Saori contributes to strategic leadership development initiatives in the areas of change management, needs assessments, and organizational development. Saori also has her own private coaching practice and facilitates workshops and communities of practice to help leaders incorporate coaching practices that enhance relationships and strengthen their people development skills.
Prior to coaching, Saori spent 25+ years in leadership and management roles in relationship management, business development, and strategic partnerships across banking, insurance, and non-profit organizations.
Saori earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in business administration from California State University, Sacramento and was recognized with the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2019. She is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum (ALF) and Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Program (NELP) and is bi-coastal between Northern Virginia and Northern California.
