The Mandarins is pleased to introduce our 2022 brass team led by Rick Brown and Bryen Warfield. The 2022 brass team includes both returning and new staff who brings talent and experience to the Mandarins, and we look forward to the high level of excellence and education that this instructional team will bring to the 2022 membership. Creative Director Becca Anderson stated, “Rick and Bryen have put together a team of educators. This brass staff under their leadership is going to give the 2022 Mandarins performers an experience of a lifetime. Get ready for some magic.” Brown stated, “Here at the Mandarins, we believe that family comes first. Building on the strong legacy of excellence that has been here, we plan on taking the brass program to new heights. If you want a world-class experience studying with some of the best educators and members in the activity, then the Mandarins family is for you!” This is an exciting time for our organization as we continue to pursue excellence and creativity while continuing to present entertaining programs for our family and fans. “I am impressed with the high level of educational and drum corps experience that this teams brings to the Mandarins, and I believe that they will provide an amazing experience for all of our 2022 corps members,” stated Corps Director JW Koester.
